Lifetime Fitness Triathlon

Yesterday, Randy participated in his first triathlon! Randy and my brother decided a couple of months ago to do the race. The triathlon consisted of swimming .4 miles, biking 15 miles, and running 3 miles. Randy had been training for a while and ended up doing great! It was so much fun to watch him and I am so proud of him! Here are a few pictures from the event.
